Real life history
Walk through two centuries of architecture, culture and stories. Stimulate your senses through all the smells, tastes, colors and sounds from the various eras. New: the Norwegian ‘Flood apartments’
The ‘water disaster’ of 1953 is now added to the history picture of the park. Visit the wooden Norwegian ‘flood apartments’ and go back to the moment in the night of January 31st on February 1st 1953. Listen to the stories of the first occupant and find out how the world helped the Netherlands after this disaster.
